Hey everyone, I’m trying to cut back on caffeine but still need that pre-workout kick. Anyone have any favorite caffeine-free supplements or natural boosts they use before hitting the weights?

Paraxanthine: its the metabolite when caffeine is broken down by the liver so no jitters, sleep problems, etc. Theobromine (from cacao) or theophyline, a green tree extract.
thanks! Do you take around the same amount of paraxanthine as you would caffeine?
I would start with 100mg and then adjust accordingly
